Client Engagement Process
Pixelgate Media shares its client engagement process with the client in order to set a productive relationship.
Roles and Responsibilities
Pixelgate Media will serve the client as the lead graphic designer and developer for the client's project. When other consultants and developers become necessary additions to the project, Pixelgate Media will act as the project manager and will seek client's permission before making additions.
Reporting
Pixelgate Media will send client a progress report every two weeks and at the end of each approval checkpoint, detailing what work was completed, how many billable hours were incurred, and what work lies ahead.
Payment and Billing
Pixelgate Media works on an hourly rate. Pixelgate charges clients an initial retainer for 20-30 hours of work, depending on the size and scope of the project. When the retainer has been drawn down, Pixelgate Media will charge the client an additional retainer. If Pixelgate Media fronts expenses, Pixelgate Media will mark up expenses by 17%.
